A Message From Our Founder & CEO
RUMI The Collective was born from two of my greatest passions: empowering others to succeed and creating a meaningful legacy for my daughter, Rumi Alora.
As a mother, entrepreneur, and leader, I understand what it means to have big dreams, wear multiple hats, and balance ambition with everyday responsibilities. Throughout my journey in business, leadership, and community empowerment, I’ve learned that success isn’t built alone. It takes the right people, resources, support, and opportunities.
That’s why I created RUMI — Resources, Unity, Marketing & Innovation.
My vision was to build more than a business. I wanted to create a collective of talented professionals who could help entrepreneurs, business owners, and organizations bring their visions to life while giving them the freedom to focus on what they do best.
RUMI is more than a company named after my daughter. It’s a reflection of the legacy I hope to leave her—one rooted in purpose, empowerment, collaboration, and endless possibilities.
